ASB Conference

ASB Conference and ABINSA Awards Dinner

The ASB Conference is presented by the Australian Society of Baking and is a great opportunity to catch up with what’s happening in the industry and your fellow bakers.

The purpose of the ASB Conference is to facilitate networking and encourage learning from various experts and professionals within the baking industry. You can expect to hear about a variety of topics including (but not limited to) market insights, industry innovations, sustainability, food safety, sanitisation, industrial relation updates, alternative grains, research & development news, and much more.

Held twice a year in May and October, the conference runs for six hours (including food and refreshments) and showcases a selection of highly experienced and informed guest speakers. Tickets can be purchased directly from the ASB (button below) at the cost of $145 for members and $185 for non-members).

The ABINSA Awards Dinner (also known as the Chairman’s Dinner) is a black-tie affair held to announce and celebrate the winners of the Australian Baking Industry National Scholarship Awards. This year’s dinner will feature guest speaker Steven Bradbury.
