Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership Duration and Renewal
All Memberships of the Baking Industry Group run for an initial 12-months and are payable annually.
NBIA Membership renews automatically at the end of the initial 12-month term for a further term of 12-months, unless the NBIA receives written notice of termination from the member at least 30 days prior to the end of the initial term.
Refunds
Membership fees are not refundable or transferable. In the case that the business is sold with membership time remaining, the amount is passed on to the new owner of the business with the option to renew at the end of the membership cycle.
Suppling Your Details to Industry Service Providers
In the provision of membership services, BIG (NBIA) may disclose your contact details to preferred industry service providers and suppliers for the purpose of product updates and industry developments. If you do not wish to have your details disclosed, please notify the NBIA immediately via email (membership@nbia.org.au) or select the box in the NBIA application form.
