Our facilities are state-of-the-art in that we offer a selection of modern, well-appointed commercial kitchens and meeting rooms. Our appliances and equipment are advanced, progressive and cutting-edge. Our safety and hygiene standards are industry-compliant which means that your commercial cooking, food product launch, small scale food manufacturing, demonstration etc will run smoothly and successfully. As well, there is plenty of parking for visitors which helps take the stress out of your important day.

Kitchen One: Bread Production

This kitchen is complete with different types of ovens including, rack, and setter ovens.

Kitchen Two: Small Pastry and Bakery Kitchen

Kitchen Two contains one Unox oven. It is fully equipped with a projector and screen for presentations.

Boardroom

Our boardroom houses the official NBIA board table and chairs (seats 20), air conditioning, Wifi, a 40-inch smart TV set up for video conferencing, and projector with screen.

Meeting Room

Our meeting room is equipped with a meeting table and eight chairs, air conditioning, and Wifi.

Hire Rates

Rooms can be hired by the hour, for a full day, or on consecutive days. A discount of 10% is applied when hiring more than one room at a time. 15% discount on entire booking of two or more consecutive days.

Terms and conditions

  • All prices exclude
  • Boardroom and Meeting Room are available Monday to Friday from 7:30am – 4:00pm. Hire outside these hours is negotiable and subject to availability.
  • Kitchen One and Kitchen Two are available subject to availability and booking approval.
  • Tea and coffee are included in the rate for Boardroom and Meeting Room bookings only.
  • A 50% deposit is to be paid upon placing your booking.
  • Full payment must be received at least seven days prior to use of the room. Non-payment will see your booking forfeited.
  • All prices exclude cleaning. If the kitchen or room are left neat and tidy no additional charges will be incurred. However, excessive mess will incur an additional cleaning cost, determined by what is involved.
  • You will need to supply a copy of your valid Public Liability Insurance and Food Business Licence with your booking application.
  • All electrical equipment used in the kitchens or board/meeting rooms must display valid Test and Tag.
  • All equipment available for use in the kitchens and board/meeting rooms is the property of the National Baking Industry Association.
  • All catering requirements are the responsibility of the hirer.
  • It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure the key to the kitchen and board/meeting rooms is returned to the NBIA after your booking is completed. Failure to return the key will incur a replacement fee of $150.00 +GST.
  • All persons proposing to hire the kitchens or board/meeting rooms must agree to these Terms and Conditions prior to the commencement of hire.
