The 2019 NBIA/BITA Baking Industry Awards Night (hosted by Puratos Australia-New Zealand and F. Mayer Imports/Callebaut Australia), was held on Tuesday, 6th August at Moda Events, Portside Wharf. As well as the apprentice awards, attendees were entertained by keynote speaker, Tracey Mathers, who gave some great insight into business, based on her 26 years of experience in retail.
