The LA Judge Gala Dinner is one of the most exciting events on the Australian baking industry calendar bakers and industry stakeholders of all levels are encouraged to attend.
The aim of the evening is to bring the industry together in celebration of the young bakers who have competed in the prestigious LA Judge Competition. Attendees can expect a delightful evening with entertainment, sensational views, good food and drink, networking, and of course the announcement of the LA Judge Award winner.
The LA Judge Gala Dinner also enables attendees the opportunity to network within the industry and forge connections with its key players, while catching up with other bakers.
The competition and gala dinner are facilitated by the Australian Export Grains Innovation Centre (AEGIC) to present young bakers with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get a head start in the Australian baking industry.
