    Please attach a scanned copy of your Food Business Licence and Public Liability Insurance.

    Your Food Business Licence will need to display our address 5/54 Riverside Place, Morningside Qld 4170.

    Please note:
    50% of the booking fee is required to confirm your booking, we will contact you in regards to payment within 48 hours of receiving your form. Full payment must be received prior to the use of the facilities. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
    When cancelling, written notice must be received two weeks prior to the booking for 100% refund. Cancellations past this time will forfeit your deposit.
