The popularity of sourdough

Using LIVENDO Tradizy®
Tradizy® supports fermentation and enables you to bake a variety of sourdough-based bread such as baguettes, ciabatta, crusty bread, rye bread, pizza, Viennese bread and sweet bread.
Mix directly with 2-4% of the flour weight to get the durum wheat’s rustic flavour and sourdough bread’s crispiness. (1 pack of 400g for 10-20kgs of flour). It has a shelf life of up to 18 months if unopened and kept in a cool, dry place.
