We are looking for a Baker for production of our famous breads. You must be able to follow the instructions of the Bakery Manager and be capable of independently carrying out a day’s production. 

Not mandatory to work on weekends.

 Apprentice baker and Assistant baker can also apply. Full training will be provided for the suitable candidate

You will be responsible for:

• Measuring and mixing ingredients into dough according to a recipe
• Rolling, cutting and shaping the dough according to the specifications of the recipe
• Using industrial ovens
• Maintaining equipment and machinery
• Working off a production sheet

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge and understanding of baking, but not essential including:

Experience in Sourdough, Bread and Pastry products

• Basic bakery theory and technique, including hand shaping
• Hand moulding skills would be preferred but not essential
• Available early mornings
