It’s nearly Christmas and our bakehouse is growing. We now have multiple opportunities for Bakery Process Workers to join our team of pie-loving individuals in Keilor Park, VIC and be part of baking history.

What you’re going to bake

This role comes with an attractive rate circa $24 – $27 per hour + super. You will also have access to fantastic benefits including:

How you will rise to the occasion

In this role, you will produce and/or pack a wide variety of baked goods including pies, celebration cakes and Christmas goodies, while utilising a range of skills from running high-speed processing equipment to manual handling ingredients and finished products.

Core duties:

  • Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment
  • Monitor production and remove faulty products
  • Work on the production line and meet production targets (bake it till you make it)
  • Finish and pack products including Christmas goodies

Importantly, you will follow health and safety standards while ensuring that your workstation is clean and maintained at all times.

Please note: public transport is quite challenging in this area and you will need a car to get here.

Although it’s not essential, previous experience working in a fast-paced food environment (food manufacturer or industrial kitchen) is highly regarded.
