In this webinar we discuss changes which are coming into place to simplify the Better Off Overall Test when approving Enterprise Agreements. The negotiation of Enterprise Agreements has stagnated over the last decade and a half because of the difficulty in negotiating the BOOT process. This has now been largely corrected and we can look forward to more Enterprise Agreements being negotiated in the coming years.
