Join the Vanrooy Machinery team in the NBIA Kitchen for an exciting and interactive artisan bread and pastry demonstration across their range of premium, European-quality equipment on October 27th from 11am – 2pm.
With a focus on artisan bread and pastry, plus an exclusive look at their brand new range of Firenace Charcoal Equipment, this demonstration is beneficial for both professionals and at-home bakers / chefs who are looking to expand their knowledge and skills.
Products will be created using locally-sourced ingredients, and we will also be joined by the team from Provenance Flour and Malt, who supply Origin / Single Varietal Flour and Malt that is traceable to the field of origin and the farmer who grew it. Tastings, as well as beverages will be provided.
